Ken Hanko has published a little book (about 40 pages) on the relationship between the Sabbath, God's covenant promises and the house of God (the tabernacle, the temple and the church). It's an exposition of the idea and importance of the Sabbath in the Scriptures, especially in the book of Exodus, and demonstrates the continuity of the celebration of the Sabbath from Adam all the way into the New Testament as a sign of the central promise of the covenant, I will be your God.
