Genesis 15:6 says that Abraham believed in the Lord, and he counted it to him for righteousness. The Apostle Paul explains the meaning of it in Romans 4 and Galatians 3, and he applies it to all who believe as Abraham did, even the Gentiles. Abraham’s salvation was the same as, and by the same means as, ours.
